This company are an utter disgrace. I booked them 2 weeks ago for my home move which they sent an email confirming. I then contacted them in the days running up to my home move last Friday 16th March to confirm all was Ok. They did not reply so I called several times and left voice messages. Still no reply. They then replied to my emails the day before I was due to move to say they were booked up and could not make my booking.!! I had to make other last minute arrangements which caused a lot of stress.

Avoid this shambles of a company.

We used Zest Removals recently after shopping around and I have to say that they were excellent and value for money in comparison to some other companies.

The driver even went out of his way to take our living room door off as our sofa could not get through and put the door back up again.

We found them to be one of the most competitive out there and were also very professional from start to finish.

Very highly recommended company and would definitely use them again.

I bought a deal through KGB online voucher company - 2 hours removal service with a man and van from Zest for £29. I confirmed the date and time of collection a month and half before the time. A week before I wanted to confirm again and was told that they had already 2 bookings on that day so could not do my removal. I emailed back straight away saying there must be some confusion as I had already booked. I have tried to call them repeatedly (they only provide mobile nos on their contact us section!) and have left messages and they have yet to respond. I will be reporting them to KGB voucher company too and asking for a full refund. Imagine if I had not checked - they would have left me stranded! Now I have to find another removal company last minute at extra cost. This Zest company is unreliable and unprofessional - AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Avoid Zest Services and their removal service at all cost. They are currently running several removal offers through the likes of Gumtree, which we took advantage of the offer (a man and a van for 2 hours). From the off-set they were flaky, not responding to emails and taking their time to respond to phone messages. The day of the removal we were all ready and waiting for them to arrive having eventually being given the arrival time between 8-10am from their representative named Mo. Come 10am they had still not arrived, we called Mo only for him to say we should have had a call from the driver of the van, which we hadn't, so he said he would call the driver and get back to us. The call back from him didn't happen as we suspected. We tried to call him back only to have the calls go to his voicemail. Hasten to add we left a not so pleasant voicemail for wasting our time. Moving home is one of the most stressful times in your life without ZestServices.co.uk adding to the stress and not even turning up, calling us back or apologizing for their lack of service, a service we had already paid for. We will be seeking a full refund from Gumtree on behalf of this shoddy service and a warning to anybody thinking of using these guys service, do yourselves a favour and AVOID AVOID AVOID, the company seems to have quite a back history of negative reviews, just wish we'd checked on-line first and avoided these crooks/con men.

I booked an End of Tenancy Clean through a Gumtree Daily Deals advert, and Zest Services were difficult to get hold of from the start. Didn't respond to emails or calls, and only after repeated phone calls and voicemails did the manager, Mo Abdi, finally pick up the phone.

He confirmed the services and the date booked, but didn't send a confirmation email. The Gumtree ad stated 2 cleaners would be sent for a maximum of 5 hours to complete the clean, and I booked for the hours of 12-5pm.

I receive a call at 8am from the 'Supervisor' who said he was on his way - I informed him that the property wouldn't be available for cleaning until 12pm as discussed. He said he would call me when he was on his way.

Then..NOTHING. I called the 'supervisor' repeatedly, left voicemails, no response. I called the manager, Mo Abdi, with no less than 27 MISSED CALLS and 4 VOICEMAILS. He finally picked up the phone and his attitude was rude, unapologetic, and ultimately he blamed me for sending away the cleaner in the morning?! He shouted at me, argued with me, spoke over the top of me and only apolgised when prompted as I ranted at him for the appalling service received from Zest Services. He then tried to rectify the situation, saying he would call his 'supervisor' and gt him to come right away and he would call me back. Did he call me back? NO, OF COURSE NOT.

AVOID AVOID AVOID this company AT ALL COSTS, they have caused me no end of stress when moving out is stressful enough anyway. I have had to pay over the odd to another company for a last-minute service in place of what Zest Services were meant to provide.

Never in my life have I had the misfortune to deal with such a rude, unprofessional, disorganised and money-greedy company. FUMING.

Like most other reviewers have said, avoid Zest at all costs. I had exactly the same experience as everyone else - I booked a deal via an Amazon Deal and ended up buying an additional £90 worth of services. As soon as I mentioned I had a voucher, it will impossible to get anyone to return my calls. Only when I got extremely angry and said they were avoiding me because I was a voucher customer did they eventually call me back. Anyway, I wish they hadn't because despite making the booking and getting a confirmation email, nobody showed up. And guess what? Nobody will respond to my emails or answer the phone to take my call. I literally cannot get through to them to get my money back. They are a pack of lying theives, and the fact that so many people have had the same experience really says something.
